There are two (2) ways to assign a campaign, depending on the role permission.



Option 1:

Step 1 - Click on Campaigns. It will direct you to the Campaign List. Toggle between Sales or Appointments to locate the campaign you want to assign.


Step 2 - In the Actions column, click on the assignment  icon. There, you will see all available rooms and agents. Checkbox the agent(s) you want to assign and click Save to update.


Option 2:

Follow Option 1 > Step 1.

Step 2 - In the Actions column, click on the edit icon. Then, click on the Assign icon in the progression bar at the top. Checkbox the agent(s) you want to assign and click Save to update.


Note: A maximum of three (3) campaigns are allowed per agent.
